Do I need a trail pass to ride in Wisconsin?

Yes, in addition to having your snowmobile registered you also need to have a trail pass

Do I need a safety course to ride in Wisconsin?

Yes, safety courses are required for all snowmobilers who were born after January 1,1985 and are 12 years or older. You can find information on safety courses here. No person under the age of 12 is allowed to operate a snowmobile unless they are riding with an adult 18 years or older (the adult MUST be on the same snowmobile).  

Where can I renew my club & AWSC membership? 

You are able to renew your membership online by clicking here or via mail by downloading the form here. Members and Sponsors of The Boulder Junction Snowmobile Club enjoy the following benefits:

  • Invitation to the spring annual meeting to thank the Landowners and vote on Board positions.
  • Membership to the Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs (AWSC).
  • Subscription to the Wisconsin Snowmobile News Magazine

Not all clubs include these benefits with their membership, so we recommend verifying prior to purchasing.

Where can I find trail maps or trail locations?

Trail maps can be found on the applicable club's website, and you can find ours here. Additionally, you can find them at the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce and numerous locations around town.
